Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over $120 (US only)
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express shipping.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at puresoulattie@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
